With over three decades of leadership in the motor industry, Tim brings a wealth of experience in quality assurance, operational management and stakeholder relations. His career has been defined by a commitment to excellence: overseeing teams, liaising with manufacturers and ensuring customer satisfaction at the highest standards.
Having managed diverse teams and complex processes, Tim has a deep understanding of quality control principles, compliance requirements and continuous improvement methodologies. He has worked closely with manufacturers to resolve technical issues, streamline production processes and maintain product integrity, while fostering strong relationships with customers and suppliers alike.
Outside work
Tim has been married to Sarah for 31 years and has three wonderful children who keep him young at heart. Having worked with Harley-Davidson for several years, he has a real passion for motorbikes and has ridden several charity rides across the world. He also loves music and sings in two choirs.
