Daniel brings over 20 years of experience in operations and quality management within the automotive sector, helping organisations achieve operational excellence, improve quality performance and deliver sustainable business growth. Throughout his career, he has worked across manufacturing and operational environments, leading initiatives focused on process optimisation, efficiency improvements, cost reduction and customer satisfaction.
With extensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, Daniel has developed, implemented and maintained quality management systems that support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. His expertise includes internal auditing, corrective and preventive actions, risk-based thinking, process mapping, supplier quality management and certification readiness.
Daniel combines strong operational leadership with a practical, hands-on approach to quality management. He is passionate about building effective teams, driving performance improvements and embedding a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Football has been a big part of Daniel's life, both as a Level 5 FA Referee and a grassroots coach. When he's not on the touchline or officiating matches, you'll often find him mountain biking in the Forest of Dean. He has been married for 20 years and shares life with his wife and their two children, who keep him motivated both on and off the field.
